User Agreement

By uploading your artwork to our Site, you grant Roundsquare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your artwork on our platform and through our marketing channels. This license is necessary for us to provide the Services and promote your artwork to potential buyers.

  1. Transactions

3.1 Buying Artwork: If you choose to purchase artwork from an artist on our platform, you agree to comply with the artist’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to payment terms, shipping policies, and return/refund policies. Roundsquare is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between buyers and artists. We encourage open communication and cooperation to resolve any problems.

3.2 Selling Artwork: If you are an artist selling artwork on our platform, you agree to accurately represent your artwork, set fair prices, and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Roundsquare will facilitate the transaction process by collecting payments from buyers and remitting the funds to you, minus any applicable fees. We reserve the right to withhold payment or take other actions if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of this Agreement.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1 Site Availability: We strive to provide a reliable and accessible platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our Site or Services. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or address technical issues that may temporarily affect the availability of our platform.

4.2 Third-Party Links: Our Site may contain links to

third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Roundsquare. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms and conditions of such third-party sites or services. You access them at your own risk.

4.3 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Roundsquare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
